I have no words…

Just the other day I was thinking of you. I’d already told my husband about you and your successes and I said to him “if only I had an event where Cristina would cater for me.” Really, it’s because I fell in love with your food last year and the love has only grown. Anyway, after reading your aspic recipe the thought went a step further “if only Cristina offered baking classes.”

I think the universe heard my wish.

What a lovely idea Cristina! I haven’t even looked at the publication but I am in. I don’t know (yet) when I’ll be in Paris but I will find a way.

Hola Cristina, sigo tu mail hace un tiempo y me parecen espectaculares tanto las recetas como las presentaciones muy exquisitas, bien estilo francés con esa perfección como si fueran obras de arte. Felicitaciones por tu nuevo emprendimiento! Ojalá sea bien fructífero para vos.
Te escribo para comentarte que si en algún momento pensás hacer en Buenos aires un curso de este estilo, por favor no dejes de avisarme, encontrarás en mí y en un par de amigas fanáticas de la cocina personas más que entusiastas para ir.
Siempre soñé con hacer un viaje gourmet por Francia, los admiro muchísimo en su savoir faire y en la dedicación que le ponen a todo, desde una baguette hasta la más sofisticada de las comidas. Esa es por lo menos la imagen que yo tengo de ellos, desde que estuve por allá cuando era chica con mis padres y me senté a llorar en una fuente porque no había nacido francesa. Me sentí tan magnetizada por su cultura!!
Bueno, ojalá mi sueño se cumpla en algún momento, lo sigo alimentado cada vez y tu blog me conecta fuertemente con él , así que muchas gracias.
