Cuatro huevos que batis a blanco ( hasta que el volumen sea el triple) con 80gr de azucar. Después incorporas con espatula a mano, con movimientos esvolventes, 80 gr de harina comun.Extender sobre una placa con papel manteca
Horno 170°C, 8 minutos. Dejar enfriar , fuera de la placa. Luego retirar el papel ayudanse con una espatula chata.
